The mixed raw materials are molded by our industry-exclusive 10,000-ton hydraulic press. High-pressure compression ensures tight internal structure, uniform density, and stable overall flatness. This step fundamentally improves the durability and pressure resistance of the hard diatomite mat, making it not easy to deform or crack during long-term use.
2. Printing & Surface Finishing
We support personalized custom patterns, logos, and color designs. Using eco-friendly printing technology, the patterns are clear, wear-resistant, and not easy to fade.
